Duration of task completion is based on customer's requirements. We will always communicate to our customers when their task(s) is expected to be finished.


We provide the cost of most of our services upfront. However , if there are miscellaneous charges that come up in the process of executing the errand task, we will update the cost and inform the customer about the changes.

Once we assign and dispatch a contractor (vendor) to the site, we can no longer cancel or refund money to the customer.


All credit card transactions are encrypted. We do not store credit card information long term in our servers. For PayPal payments, we have no access to credit card information.


Health Insurance Faq's:

To access care at you chosen provider, all you need to do is to go with your HCI validity and identity cards so as to identify yourself as HCI healthcare enrollee.


You can start accessing care as soon as your enrollee cards have been delivered to you (Please note that your enrollee validity card carries your start and end date)


No. authorization code is needed only for some special investigations. This is initiated to reduce waiting period in the hospital

If you have an emergency and you can reach HCI Healthcare, contact us so that we can guide you on the nearest hospital close to your emergency site. If you cannot reach HCI Healthcare, check-in into any hospital close to you and get the emergency resolved. In this case, you would need to pay for the emergency. You can either reach HCI Healthcare directly or through your Scheme coordinator within 72 hours to notify us of the emergency. You can apply for your refund through your scheme coordinator by presenting the medical report of the case on the hospital letter head and receipt of payment. The refund would take 14 working days upon receipt of all documents.


If you are outside your location and you have a need to access care, contact us through your account officer or call centre so that we can guide on the nearest hospital to your location. You would need to present your medical Photo-ID card at the hospital for proper identification or any valid means of identification if you are not with your Photo-ID Card.


To register your dependant, all you need to do is inform your HR/HMO coordinator about your intention to add your dependant to the health scheme. You will also need to provide evidence that he/she is your child, and you will have to completely fill the form you're given.


Only emergency cases are out of pocket payment allowed. To do this you should request for receipt of payment made which should be sent to us through your HR/HMO coordinator with a mail requesting for the refund. The refund would take 14 working days upon receipt of all documents.


You can call your account officer to pre-book an appointment to ease access. Upon pre-booking, your account officer would send the same pre-authorization code sent to the facility to you.

We offer Pharm-assist service. All you need to do is to get your prescription across to us and tell us the location where you want your drugs delivered to.


Call your account officer so that you can either be directed to one of our pharmacy partner to pick up the medication or we make arrangement to supply you the medication in your office. We would need the prescription duly signed by the Physician to supply the medication or collect the medication from our partner pharmacy


No, but you can access care at any other hospital in case of emergency


No, you can send request for accreditation of preferred hospital and we will process accreditation of the hospital and then advise you if it was successful. Successful accreditation is dependent on willingness of the hospital to partner with us.

Request for change of hospital is allowed every month with a genuine reason


You can check at the back of your laminated card if truly the service is not covered or better confirm from your client account manager. If truly you are not covered our agreement with your organization on excluded services will be activated.
