Second Visit - $49.99
- We visit to ensure the transcript is ready
- Ensure there are no typos or mistakes on the transcripts that would be mailed
- We try to catch any error on time before it journeys out of the records office
- We get the courier tracking number, so that it can be tracked online
Third/Fourth/Fifth/Sixth Visits (Discounted) - $49.99
- For most schools in Nigeria, we would have to visit the record office for a significant amount of time in order to make sure all goes smoothly.
- Make sure the transcripts is given the priority.
- Navigate through bottlenecks that may occur.
- Visit customer’s department to have raw scores sent to the record’s office.
- Follow up with school to get tracking number to ensure transcripts has been sent.

Helpmewaka service charge per visit $49.99 per visit ( it takes 2-3 visits to complete a transcripts request)
Out of state charge for Transcripts Request. We charge a $9.99 fee for out of state. Anytime the school is 20 km away from the capital city.

NOTE: Speed of getting transcripts varies from school to school but our role at helpmewaka is to make sure transcripts are gotten out quicky as soon as possible.
