For some standard services, once an errand is posted, it immediately launches the payment gateway to make payments while for some services, the task has to be reviewed by an admin and a payment milestone created and sent to the customer.
How we charge
- Transcripts/Certificate request - we charge per visit, and we try as much as possible to be done in 2 to 3 visits. The customer is constantly informed about the status of his/task
- Groceries – We charge a standard service charge and, in some cases, handling charges for large bulk items
- Referral of Professionals – We charge a standard fee for referrals
Please note that it is possible for additional costs to be incurred due to other factors that were not mentioned to us by the customer.
We price accordingly and we make sure that our prices are fair.
