Necessary (Always Active)

This is a grocery subscription model designed to ease purchases for diasporans who wish to support their loved ones in Nigeria or Ghana. Three packages will be available- the 3 month plan, 6 month plan and 12 month plan.

3 month plan- You will buy from helpmewaka every month for 3 months after which you get a $20 coupon for yourself redeemable as gift card.
6 month Plan- You will buy from helpmewaka every month for 6 months after which you get a $50 coupon for yourself redeemable as gift card.
12 month plan- You will buy from us every month for 12 months after which you get a $100 coupon for yourself redeemable as gift card.
Minimum order value is $119.99.
You may decide to customize order package to your taste at the beginning of subscription, after which helpmewaka automatically generates subsequent orders for you. After this, you cannot customize your order until the end of your subscription plan.
However, Helpmewaka may decide to adjust the contents of your order in response to economic flunctuations. Rest assured that you will at all times, get maximum value for your orders.
At the beginning of subscription, you can either opt to the 3 Month, 6 Month or 12 Month plan.
You may decide to upgrade to the 6- month or 12-month plans after you have subscribed to the 3-month plan. You cannot downgrade your plan however. Please note that an upgrade means you will not receive the initial starting plan reward but the reward of the plan upgraded to, provided you complete upgraded plan purchases. After upgrade, if you do not complete the upgraded plan purchases and you cancel, you will receive the reward for the initial plan.
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time and are only entitled to a reward if you meet the initial benchmark subscribed to at first. This means that if you start in a 12- month plan, you are only entitled to a reward after 12 purchases.
Helpmewaka reserves the right to determine the size, color and look of the 12-month reward and to withdraw the subscription package offer at discretion.
All subsequent new orders are automatically activated a month from your first order activation day.
Once your subscription plan is cancelled as a result of defaulted payment, the particular subscription plan cannot be renewed.
Customers on the Subscription Program have access to VIP Customer privileges. This includes prioritized customer service and a guarantee of delivery within 48 hours of subscription.
